“So in fact, narrowing down our choices means less overwhelm, and more creativity.”
That’s why I’m switching to another platform. I need things to be all in one place and as much as I’d like it to take less than a half hour to accomplish it, it takes more time than that. I’m learning though, that my poor computer is so bogged down with things I don’t need anymore and programs and apps that I no longer use, that it makes what I DO need so difficult to find.
I received my bracelet from 99Walks yesterday with a message I really needed to see. Thank you to that Pack!
I spent the entire day working on transferring things to the new site. I spent a lot of that time deleting photos and files. Then I had to redo and edit photos because the old format didn’t work with the new format. In the long run, this will all work better. I’m removing years of clutter from my phone and computer. It requires looking at every single file and photo though. So many photos. I take way too many and don’t delete as I go. I need to do better at that. I earned a nice stiff neck from working at my computer all day but am looking forward to once all of that clutter is gone and a brand new site is streamlined and up and running, being able to create again. My brain won’t be bogged down, I hope! Jay treated me to a delicious fish dinner at our favorite Jim & Jimmies. It was great not to cook, or even think about cooking yesterday.
If you’re in the mood for a nice hot cup of coffee, H. Wonder Coffee and Records is open and serving fresh! I may be headed there later for a break.
But for now, I’m back to working on a brand new site for you. Connor’s here and he wants my chair. We both love our soft seating corner of the kitchen. I do my best thinking here and I guess he does too. In the meantime, do something you’ve never done before. Find your passion and explore it. Every single day is a gift. I’m off to tend my passion.
