Daily Reflections From My Window

November 2, 2021 Tuesday: Election Day-Be a Mosquito.

“If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito.”

Dalai Lama

This is the day that the above quote is really true. Get out and vote. It’s your voice. Be the mosquito. Yesterday was my doctor day and it took a while. Being early is my plan most days to get back on track and it seems to be helping. Unfortunately, they were 45 minutes behind, but that was fine, it was what that time was designated for. With a little tweaking and a few supplement additions and reductions, things are looking up. Next plan, an elimination diet. It’s supposed to remove the toxins from the system. I’ll let you know how that goes. It’s probably best to get it done before Thanksgiving. Maybe it won’t be so bad since I don’t smoke, drink or drink caffeine. What a beautiful day for drive though! Not much going on here except regrouping and sock labeling and sorting. The good news is that this batch is almost finished and should be uploaded to my shop by the end of the week. My biggest challenge is keeping them organized and available. Thank goodness for these boxes. It’s time to get my plants in for winter. I want to keep the garden tower going over the winter inside, like we did last year. Time to get to work! I have lots of loose ends to manage and the day’s a wastin’! It’ll be brisk tending the herd today but hopefully these cold nights are killing the ticks and other unwanted pests. In the meantime, do something you’ve never done before. Find your passion and explore it. Every single day is a gift. I’m off to tend my passion.

Have a blessed day!
