Daily Reflections From My Window

April 3, 2021 Holy Saturday

“A man who was completely innocent, offered himself as a sacrifice for the good of others, including his enemies, and became the ransom of the world. It was the perfect act.”

Mahatma Gandhi

It’s Holy Saturday.

Today I will be participating in an Easter Egg Hop in Stackhouse Park with a few other businesses. I’ll be providing supplies and alpaca fiber for the kids to make bunny tails. Thanks for the idea Lauren! Of course I was totally overthinking my craft-first I was going to make seed matts where the kids took felted sheets and embedded seeds for planting in them to be eco friendly to the park. The other day, Lauren said, what about bunny tails? And that’s what I prepped. So come to the park and make a bunny tail from alpaca fiber. I have enough for 116!

Dress warmly! It’s only 18* right now.

Fun for all ages! Hope to see you there this morning.

In the meantime, remember to wash your hands, don’t touch your face, stay home but if you MUST go out, wear a mask and keep the length of an alpaca cria (which is a baby alpaca and about 3 feet long) between you and the next person.

Have a blessed day!
