Daily Reflections From My Window

November 19, 2020 Thursday

It’s so much easier to suggest solutions when you don’t know too much about the problem.

Today I have a conundrum. I have 1000 bottles of water coming today for a Macaroni Kid sampling campaign from a company called “Creative Roots”. It’s supposed to come via UPS freight in a tractor Trailer. If you have been here. You know that that won’t work. I got the call yesterday when I was unable to answer and haven’t been able to contact them. I will try again when I finish this.

I was in Altoona filming my New Years segment for Around the Alleghenies yesterday. One of my props.
The Macaroni Kid tree.

Afterwords I stopped at Sam’s and got a tree to contribute to the tree display at Gallery on Gazebo. It’s like me-neither one of us photographs well-we look better in person! One of the challenges was that there was a piece of art behind it and Rosemary wanted to hide it. We came up with draping it in a piece of fake fur she had snd my balloon drop prop from ATA. We’ll see how it holds up.

Ivana and her tree. Love the scissors coming out of the head!
Maybe a better angle?
The balloon drop. And a video of tree set up.

A special surprise.

I opened the mail to this wonderful surprise from my sweet niece Becca. She knew how special my Nemo necklace was and found this on Etsy for me. Thank you! I love it-and YOU!

If you haven’t watched the “Queens Gambit”, give it a try!

Grazing this morning.

Remember to wash your hands, don’t touch your face, stay home but if you MUST go out, wear a mask and keep the length of a full grown llama (which is bigger than an alpaca) between you and the next person.

Have a blessed day!
